16 AC charging points, 100,000 kWh per year
Say you have 16 charging points of 11 or 22 kW. 250 working days per year × 1 session per point × 25 kWh average = 100,000 kWh. That yields approximately 33,000 EREs. At a market price of € 0.45 and 16% commission you receive net approximately € 12,500 per year.
Per 1,000 kWh: approximately € 125 with only a grid connection, almost € 300 with a solar energy system. In our quote we calculate your exact situation.

HOAs: avoid double-VAT, proceeds in the treasury
We understand the unique situation of HOAs: EAN in the HOA's name with individually purchased chargers, double VAT charging when handled incorrectly. We arrange this for you, so that the ERE proceeds go net to the HOA treasury.
